Ernie Rissmann

After studying geology and living some years as a guitarist and actor I started my apprenticeship in Hartmut Hegewalds shop in Germany. Doing nearly everything by hand we build outstanding classical guitars and steelstring guitars as well. After the years with Hartmut I opened my own shop in Münster. Since then I´ve developed and build my own instruments all the time, mostly on demand in close collaboration with the client. And I´ve been doing a lot of repair work on acoustic and electric instruments.
